Cool Off Herbal Tea Blend; Organic Lemon Balm, Rose, Lavendar and Chamomile. Infuse 1/4 cup of herbs in 1 quart of water for 20 minutes or overnight. Strain, refrigerate and enjoy as an iced tea.
